The semester package in Biorefinery includes the following courses which amount to 30 ECTS:

  • BIO2005 Biomaterials
  • BIO2019 Design of experiments and process optimization in Bioproduction
  • BIO1006 Bioproduction and Technology
  • BIO1007 Nutrients and bioresources
Exchange students are admitted on the basis of nomination by their home institution. The student must first apply to their home university to participate. The home institution will provide the student with information about the admission requirements. The applicant must be a full-time student on a bachelor's programme in biology or other related fields and have completed a minimum of 1.5 years of their degree.
In addition to the semester fee and curriculum literature, it is assumed that the student has a laptop
